We start at 9:00AM on date stated on your flyer. We cannot give a time for your pick up, but we do get it all done with in a day or 2.

We are receiving an extremely amount of calls per day and we are not able to return every call. We do try our best. If your calling to be on the pick up date, you do not have to, we have all the address from your local post office and do drive those street the date shown.

No we do not have a local place to accept drop offs. You can search the web at cal recycle.ca.gov and look for an ewaste company near you. Some of your local Salvation Army and Good Wills accepts ewaste, but call before you go.
No, we do not accept broken glass CRT TV's do to that the toxins inside the glass have been exposed. You need to cover that CRT TV with a plastic bag and connect a local Hazmat Waste Landfill and ask them what you can do with it.
No, we do not provide a refund or a donation slip for your electronic waste. We offer a free service to you so that electronic waste does not end up in the landfill.
We try our hardest not to miss any residential home when we are doing curbside in your community, but it happens. We are at a 1.3% missed rate as of 2/2021, but we always try to return. If its far and we are not able to return after 3 days, we are sorry, but we just didn't see the items.
